Thanks, does your computer by chance use Hyper V?
Now that you mention it, I did recently install Visual Studio 2013 and did include the option for Windows Phone 8 emulation which undoubtedly utilizes Hyper-V..
I disabled Hyper-V feature and DXVA is working again. Good call! I guess if I decided to mess with phone development it's easy enough to reinstall Hyper-V later on down the road.
np bro...but strange thing now im getting “Display driver stopped responding and has recovered” & that screen bug back again in games like this old picture i posted before :wanker:
didn't got it in V220.127.116.11 All Supported OS NON UPD
im feeling it's from this WDDM signature :/ or maybe im wrong..no idea
and OMG while playing Batman Arkham Origins & while using GPU CAPS Viewer look at GPU load 99% :
however i tried to lower graphic options still no changes in GPU Load,,i'm about to get back to V18.104.22.168 or should i wait another update ...i need your opinion first ?
Great, do you have to restart your PC to disable Hyper V?
Well, after you install the Latest driver we should have general an Idea as to whether or not Wddm Signature is required or is it just an added bonus.
Isn't 99% Gpu Load a good thing as it means your Gpu is being Fully Utilized?
or were you able to achieve better or the same results when your Gpu Load was hovering below 99% Usage?

hi, dellon. I saw that you modified the first page with the changes of new update but I can't find the link to download. are you uploading now or...?
The Download Link is already up.
Ok, I have downloaded it and I will test it and then posting the results. Thank you!
So here's my results:
Driver installed succesfully without that app that required to press 7 before booting (I don't know if the changes were permanently). "My Digital Flat Panel" is present and working
Made 8 sistem restarts and no errors. Played like 20 minutes FIFA 14 and Train Simulator 2014 and everything worked great, slightly even better but the problems appeared when I tried to play video on youtube. A normal 1080p video is playing like 1 frame per second and when I tried to play an ULTRAHD 4K my PC frozed and BLUE SCREEN appeared with error "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (atikmpag.sys)". Tried 2 times, same error Chrome and Internet Explorer. I even disabled the "Harware Acceleration" in Chrome but still Blue Screen with the same error
Almost perfect, Dellon.
but isn't 99% GPU loading mean overheating issues or something :3eyes:...i got freeze GSOD (ati grey screen of death) & after wait it to end about 1 min don't remember exactly then it got back to desktop with “Display driver stopped responding and has recovered” & sometimes that screen bug .. i wanna know why ? & i just clean my computer from dust today so i think now less overheating irate: ...gonna try the last updated one u uploaded it...Thank you Dellon for your amazing work to improve the driver & sorry for disturbance .

and on the screen
MediaFire will be right back!
The VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE bug can be cause by many things. Such as processor, memory, Graphic Card or the driver. Some drivers work better than others so Users may not experience the bug. Therefore I would like to ask for you to perform the following steps.
Step One Turn Off Hyper V if enable
Step Two Default all overclocks to the stock
speed if you have overclocked your Processor, Graphic Card or Memory.
Step Three Monitor your GPU Temp by using Gpu Caps Viewer or any
other preferred Gpu Monitor.
Step Four Monitor Your processor Temp by using HWMonitor or any other
preferred tool to Monitor your processor Temperature.
Step Five Perform a Memory Check for errors by using Prime86 Blend Test.
The 99% Gpu Load determines whether or not an application is fully utilizing your Gpu. Therefore, you should only begin worrying when your Graphic Card Temperature is at 99c. You may want to follow the above steps posted for
leontin, as it may help determine whether or not your computer is working correctly.
Did the new uploaded build help resolve the Display driver stopped responding and has recovered bug?
The link is still available for download. Are you still unable to download?
I ran Windows Experience Index wich benchmarks GPU,CPU,Memory and HDD with Aida64 and GPU Caps Viewer in parralel and all the things are in normal values. The thing is that everything is working great except when I try to play videos on youtube. the normal 1080p is running at 1 frame per second and the UltraHD 4K brings up the Blue Screen with that error. I switched back to the "V126.96.36.199" that was working and now I have the same problem. I tried even the "V188.8.131.52", same thing. I don't know what the hell just happend! And the Hyper V I don't know what is it so I don't know if is on or off
I will make a fresh install of Windows to see what happens...
i installed this driver on 2600 xt and 1080p videos on youtube are frezzing...i using win 8.1 64bit ?tnx in advance
Yes, a reboot is required in between enabling or disabling Hyper-V
So I made a fresh install of Windows. I have done nothing else except enabling .NET Framework 3.5 and then the installation of video driver. Double click on setup.exe error "msvcp100.dll" missing from system. WTF? Knowing that it worked for me before...I have extracted again and the same problem. I have oppened the folder of "V184.108.40.206" and I saw the msvcp100.dll right beside of setup.exe so I have copied in the "V220.127.116.11.4 " but same error. Then I have google it and found that I have to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010. Installed and worked. The driver insstaled successfuly and surprise, everything was working perfectly, even the video on youtube, 1080p and UltraHD 4K in Chrome. But in Internet Explorer again Blue Screen. I have updated the flash player to the latest version and enable it in Chrome and again 1 frame pes second 1080p and blue screen at UltraHD in Chrome!! so i have disabled the latest version of flash player and enabled the built-in plugin of Chrome and the videos worked again So is clearly that with the built-in plugin of flash player in Chrome is working but not with the manually installed one. So I think is a problem between the driver and the flash player plugin.Internet Explorer still not working. In the meantime I have google it Hyper-V and found out what is it and is disabled on my system. And with the Signature Bug I think you nailed it My driver is working without errors after 14 system restarts and without that app that required to press 7 before booting.
I'm currently in the process of recovering my OS. Was experiencing a bug in which the System failed to boot. As for the TDR bug with the latest Flash player. I will try to implement a Workaround for it if possible. One method Iv'e already considered implementing is a registry TDR tweak.
I'm sorry to hear that. Take your time and make your system up and running. We can handle up until then
Today I looked again and I have noticed that the built-in plugin is the same latest version like the manually installed one. Very strange that are the same version but only the built-in works. But I have noticed that are 2 different dll's. I made a print screen, maybe it helps you.
Yea, the driver is fault for that bug, I will send you a build later for testing.
I may need Crossfire and Switchable Graphics Users to Test the driver also.
Test would Include.

Check for Bsods When gaming.
Check for 4K Video Bsods Firefox, Chrome, IE
Check for Videos Slowndown
