    Cough....anyone lol. Guess I'm going to stop being lazy and learn about the non desktop side

    Sems a good price for the specs though, and she will be swapping out the HDD for her current SSD as well.

    Well now that I work in a pc shop there is also a lot of questions about laptops

    That said it looks ok for what it is, I see it has extra Vega8 gpu build in as well, so combined gpu power should be enough with extra RX560 :)

    Although 16GB ram would be ideal, but you can upgrade that later - add another 8GB stick.

    Thanks for the reply, it was actually the fact it was a single 8Gb stick that concerned me more as i would have prefered 2x4GB, but as you said it's something that can be added when it starts to age.

    She is coming from a 6 year laptop that has an i3, 3gb ram and an integrated gpu so anything will be an upgrade, but i want something that will last.
