900 euros? What a joke. For 900 euros, it should come with genuine mammoth bone decorations.

I have found through research and experience "gaming chairs" are overpriced garbage the vast majority of the time. For your money go buy a real ergonomic office chair and you will get a much better product and better performance from it.

That's reserved for the premium version, only for the lowly price of 1.199 euros...

True but that's the secret, those gaming chairs are so crappry and cheap that the margins must be huge.

Not only that but they're a bit tacky and will not age gracefully.

Went with a Hinomi H1 Pro mesh chair a few months ago. Best chair I've ever had.

given that a "destrier" is an armored warhorse, you might think they would go another route in the naming.
but no... it's just sooo "gamer" to show your mettle by showing some metal.
    hard core maaan...
and what? a new product launch w/o "Aura Sync"?

ASUS - orders these chairs in from a Chinese sweatshop chair factory for €250 each, forwards them on to rich buyers in West for €900 each without even seeing the chairs never mind building them, pockets the €650 margin on each chair. Capitalism 101.

I bought a $200 chair from IKEA. Real leather, and 10 years of warranty. And I still thought that's a bit on the expensive side. There isn't a herd of wild horses that could convince me to spend almost $1000 on a chair. Unless it gives massages, BJs and pina coladas.

since we typically spend "years" sitting, would a guarantee to not have a messed-up back when your 90, be worth 1k?! ;)
    all about the "value"..

not talking about this let-me-redo-lazyboy-chair stuff here, but, ppl spend (even) more to "upgrade" their car seat(s), after experiencing what difference a good chair can make,
and 90% of those (not worth it), will change their mind after experiencing it.

Why does a 1k chair guarantee that and my $240 one doesn't?

$250 seems too much, maybe 150...

I originally had it at 150 but gave them the benefit of the doubt and increased the cost price from factory

sorry no, i meant that if you knew the chair would eliminate your pain, you would be willing to spend 1K (assuming its the only one with "that" kind of design).

so yes, while its not something 99.9% of the 7B should spend their money on,
doesnt mean there is no one out there, that could benefit from it.
