With 1GB ram, 16gb storage and 1280x800 screen, it's a budget-oriented tabled. But I learned a lesson and can tell you what I found out - never ever buy a low-dpi tablet/phone. Perhaps if it's only used for games and watching movies it's not that important, but for reading, high dpi make the usage comfort completely different. Once I got Nexus 10, I couldn't turn back. Even for big-screen phone 1920x1080 is an upgrade over 1280x720, so I think that FullHd/more should be some kind of standard for such tablets. Well, it will cost more, but I think it's better to pay a bit extra for a quality device that you won't make you look for an upgrade on the first day of using.
