Was browsing around on Newegg, and I found this:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230027

Nice screen (1920x1080 on a 15.6"), decent video card (GTX 460M), good processor (i7-2630QM).

All that for a nice price.

Great for someone looking for a powerful notebook PC under $800.

It's no Alienware M17x, but it's also not that heavy and power hungry.

I actually just picked up that same laptop at my local store for $899 on Friday. I must admit, I'm highly impressed with it. At 1920x1080, it can run BF3 almost all on high with shadows on medium, hbao/ssao off, AA off, and motion blur off between 30-40 FPS. Using the same settings at 1366x768, it never dips below 45 FPS. Lowering the resolution from 1920x1080 to 1366x768 doesn't cause much blurring either thanks to the size of the screen. It runs a bit hot, the highest I've seen the GPU running was around 85c, but that's to be expected considering what's in it.

I highly recommend it for someone in the market for a good laptop and/or does a lot of lanning.
