God only knows how much this one will run for....$400?
OMG! If i wasn't going i7/i9 that would my wet dream & the one I'd buy! What a sexy beast! Don't even care about the turbo button. I'll overclock it myself.
odd the turbo button was for running the system slower ....back in the days
Damn that is one good-looking board.
I got two ASUS M4A78 mobo with the turbo button but never use it i just OC it my self....
If it's not a user configurable OC profile then I'd call it a gimmick.....
If they want to do something really useful why don't they allow a CLRCMOS button on the case...
Because then they'd have to worry about me buying the motherboard and having to RMA when the circuit on the board finally fails.
lol... I'm looking at this board - can you see where the cmos jumper is....haha
reminds me of the Asus ROG laptops, almost the same thing...
I actually thing the 3.5 Bay Drive with a Cmos Reset switch in the front of the case is more doable then behind the case. Strangly this has already been done in the past.
I say it's "bleh", it would have been nice if it had a light blue PCB, or even a red one.
That's a really awesome looking Southbridge heatsink decal.
is it just me, or are motherboards becoming sexier and sexier?
oooo god....asus what are you doing to me!! i thought my formula II was damn fine, i got to say its a selling point as well mobos looking could, alot of people wanna show off there rigs and making everything look pleasing to the eye is a bonus
on the tech side of things, i hope the P55 is good, shame about the new SATA would love to see it in action!
I just noticed something. That is a silly place to put a 24pin socket..
No, it's not only you - motherboards are becoming pretty sexy as well.
yawn...same crap as the dummy oc in most bios.
when the hell are mb makers going to start including a bios chip or two in case you scramble the orginal one?
now that would be a great idea
It's called Dual BIOS. Though i was kinda dissapointed when i found out Rampage II Gene doesn't have Dual BIOS
if im not mistaken, doesn't the foxconn bloodrage have that?
On the COMPLETE opposite end of the power supply? Yeah, typical Asus design, they're the Apple of the PC world.
