You dont need a driver, it works just with that BIOS, but you have to download amd drivers on amds website later
I think he's talking about in terms of physical connectors not being present on the motherboard. how would you make use of the APU if you cant plug in your monitor(s) to get a display? if you're thinking get a discrete GPU, install that, and then you're good to go? then whats the point of the APU in that board in the first place
The list includes the 'ROG Strix b350-i' which doesnt have any video outputs.. Would i be correct in assuming that theyre prepping it for me to be able to use it with pinnacle ridge CPU's or will i still need a 4xx board for that?
As an aside I'd recommend that people don't update their BIOS right away if they don't need to. As in unless they need compatibility with the new 2000 series APU's. Wait until it's certain that there aren't any bugs. Often on releases for new hardware there are bugs that don't occur until they get out in the wild.
