Ubisoft have never wanted love from the PC community, for years they have adopted the “My way or the highway” attitude. Good that mouse/kb is still supported, seems they were just stating the obvious that the game is meant to be played with a controller. Kind of the opposite of a FPS on the PC where you can play with controller, but it really is meant to be played with mouse/kb. New engine sounds pretty good, better facial and character animations as well as much higher detail characters should improve things a lot, as will the weather system which I hope is implemented well.
I've thouroughly enjoyed all the AC games so far. What I heard from a mate today was there was no hidden blade in AC3, if that's the case, it's crazy to remove it. It's a part of the whole thing.

Yeah I was scared myself for a little bit, but the hidden blade has such a big "impact" on the game(not only game mechanics). If they had indeed removed it, it would have been a really silly and dumb move from their part
The hidden blade was mostly the only weapon i've just throughout the series, be it in close combat or for assassinations. Also, fuff bombs!
it looks amazing for 7 years old hw.. it's too much compressed and have too much artifacts(cant expect more from direct feed shots) but it still looks better than previous ac games on consoles..
LOL, no way the deer wouldn't have noticed him. They are constantly on the lookout for predators (unless the deers of that time were fearless ) If nothing else, the sound would've given him away. The only way they don't notice you is if you don't move (if you stand still, you can be right in front of them, and they won't perceive you as a threat :nerd, or if she's distracted by something else in the distance. Anyway, I'm nitpicking, but as someone who spends a lot of time in nature trying to photograph these animals, I know a thing or two about them. Hopefully, they won't make it too unrealistic in this game. I would prefer if you'd have to jump from a tree or shoot them from a distance to get them.
Now that looks way better! As a fan of the series i'm really hyped for AC3, i just know it wont dissapoint.
Ahh i remember the days when you just got trailers, now days you have to jump through hoops to get them.
Cant wait for this game to arrive. I have always played AC with keyboard and mouse and I will continue to do so. Only games I really use the 360 controller are FIFA and NFS
