Have the Aquanox 2 on GoG dunno if I’ve ever actually played it. This looks pretty cool!

Hang on, I'm getting a sense of Deja vu...... was that like an underwater benchmark back at the time of.. like.. the ATI 9800?

I still play the first one on occasion (works fine... still have the original CD). For an ancient game, the graphics scale to modern resolutions, and it's a hoot for a quick skirmish sometimes. I haven't played a subsequent one yet... the inevitable circle of death stafe fights are only fun for so long for me.

The story campaign is novel... little break between fights, but the voice direction? Woof. It's like a train wreck you can't not listen to.
