Hmmm....your scores do seem odd Pablo. With system specs on the left, here's my 6600GT running 81.98 WHQL drivers @ 610/1265 in AM3 without shutting down any background services or anything. I would think you'd stomp my butt. Something in your system is seriously holding you back. Wish I could help more, but not completely up to date as to what you're doing with it. Good luck bud.

I just now paid attention to the CPU and GFX scores and not just the overall score.
It's my CPU that's pushing the score down.
I got almost 11000 points with my GFX but under 8000 with my CPU!
Could it possibly be that Win2k sucks so bad with dual core processors?
I installed Win2k when i got my new pc because i couldn't find my Win XP...
But i'm gonna be installing Win XP again soon...

8k with your CPU? Wow thats bad have you gotten the AMD patch yet? Its supposedly suppose to fix problems with dual core processors. Theres a WinXP one also

Did you notice that i have Win2k?
I certainly can't find any patches for it.
Only for Win XP and Win 2003.

If I had to make a quick guess, yes, it's using Win2k that is holding you back. I've never seen a patch anywhere for DC CPU's pertaining to Win2k, only WinXP. I'll bet once you get XP installed your scores will go up quite a bit. Just a guess as I haven't used Win2k in quite a while.

I keep getting around 93k with 25k GFX and less than 9k CPU. I keep hearing about this 'dual-core patch' but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I did install the DLL patch but it didn't seem to change much (if anything). Any clues on to how I can boost my CPU score?

Well i'm gonna be installing XP tomorrow.
Then i'll see if it was the Win2k that was holding back my scores.

Nice! My aquamark points went up from 63k~ to 76k~ just by changing from win2k to win xp!
But my 3dmark scores didn't go up that much...
In 3dmark05 it went up only about 200 points.
But i expected my CPU points to go up more and not GFX points!
My CPU points in aquamark only went up by about 900 when my gfx points went up a whopping 3k ! (well almost anyway)

Any idea how to get my CPU points up more?
Obviously without OC... And i have installed the Dual Core driver from amd.com.

Is that 100% stock? If it is your CPU score is too low my 3800X2 gets 9.6k stock. Still a nice stcore for 100% stock if it is.

    Yeah everything is stock.
It was weird how much the GFX scores went up just by changing from 2k to XP.
And they're the same exact drivers.
But i was hoping for such a change with the CPU scores...
I dunno what could i do more...
All the drivers are up to date and i have the latest bios for my mobo.

In case you guys were curious what a single 7900 GTX is capable of on this benchmark.

Well, it is more of a CPU test with newer cards. To illustrate that limitation of this benchmark, SLI does little to improve the scores.

    Yes and no....

No matter where the extra frames come from, whether it's the min fps, or the max fps, the score will increase. Sure, any newer card/cards will be bottlenecked by any CPU released now.... but you're not going to be able to hit within 10k of the highest SLI score with a single card.
