Don't worry about this old program. There are plenty of other and better benchmark utilities out there. It isn't worth this much effort to get it to work.

Nvidia driver in the profile for AuqaMark 3 not contain a workaround for the compatibility of old games/applications. Therefore we get a lower score.
    • In Windows XP, you can add a workaround yourself, using Nvidia Inspector add PRE_D3D_COMPATIBILITY_BITS - 0x00000040 in profile AuqaMark 3.

    • In the drivers Windows Vista / Seven impossible to add workaround in profile AuqaMark3 because it hardcoded only for the profiles of the following games: rFactor, Lionheart: Kings Crusade, Aion, MS Flight Simulator X, Dragon: MMORPG
      So just rename aquamark.exe in rfactor.exe; lionheart.exe; aion.exe; flight.exe.

you have disable OC to stock for GPU and you try benchmark because the difference has zero or too little and your CPU is (too) bottlenecked. ;)

    I got 171.514 fps average (score overall 171,514; Graphics - 32,189 and CPU - 18,357) and min 52fps (great explosion - ending test :D) at 2560x1600 :D running AMD x6 1055T@3.36GHz OC (stock 2.8 GHz) and XP-SP3 x86. -> I have same version geforce driver. ;)

  11. Wait a minute...ur saying his quadcore i7 with ht enabled @5.2ghz is bottlenecked? Do u mean for him to try with ht disabled perhaps? Some games/ benches perform better without it.

Oh hang on, u meant his gpu should be at stock? Ah i see lol...nevermind

    Hey, bud

Like it so much I haven't done anything with it and gonna order another, lol

Was really hoping the giga 580SOC would be something though. Been hanging at XS and reading all the good bits with these new 580's.

I see your havin' a ball!

Have my pot still on the 480ltng and getting some more juice Wed~Thurs. for my 980x. You know I like these multicore benchies:)

I think it's great not having to work hard with the Sandy's. Man life was never so easy was it?

Doin' some hardmods to your 88gtx and an 88gt. Somewhere around 1.6 will be good for cold. oh yeah, got an F1 Dragon(Gemini) coming this week:D

dino is having cb issues with he soc card it looks ok on air thuogh.

i think i can help since i just put in a pair of 4850's(i ready to throw them out the window already lol)and this works for me.
go into your am3 programe folder and find..

    direcpll.dll
    4.10.1.40
    DirecPLL Library

just drag it out to a folder or desk top(delete it if want)and see if that works

i do remember the issue from a few yrs ago so i made short work of getting rid of it..
