I got only 75k (32k on my gtx480) running xp-sp3 x86  lool because my new cpu amd x6 1055t may be slower than my old cpu c2d e6600 (w/ my old 9800gt-25k -> total-131k). is it normal?

Yes its normal , AM3 its a very old benchmark , not GPU dependant but totally cpu and memory dependant benchmark , GPU does not matter that much. You need very high mhz and tight timings in cpu+mem

For example , i get almost 400k with only 2x 9600GTs SLI but look at my cpu clocks speed + tight memory and high uncore :)

    ok. I tried next 2 patches (2004 and 2008) but I can't improve performance.
the other amd x6 1090T@OC-6.7GHz (w/ high-end videocard) got 384k :3eyes: but the mboard is amd chipset. therefore, the fault may be my nvidia chipset.

NOTE: 3dmark series are my normal scores. current games are normal performances.

i cant get am3 to run right on the lastest drivers either try on w7 and set affinity to 4 cores or 2 cores i think that will fix it.
try the 197.46's with your 480 for am3

does 197.46 fix startup or improve performance am3?? but I can run am3 -> look my posts #1122 and #1124.

PS: ooh! I forget geforce driver. but I used 263.09whql on XP.

I cant get am3 to run on any 2xx.xx drivers well even @5.4 on my sb on xp so 197.45 is my only way to get decent scores with 4xx cards.
i thuoght it may have been your six core cpu giving you issues so thats why i said change inffinity to 4 or less cores.?

my AMD x6 1055T has 6 cores. I tested amark3 while this thread uses 6 cores (default) on Task Manager. I try uncheck cores. ;)

aquamark3 uses 1 core of CPU but I cannot enable HT (hyperthread) because my cpu (AMD x6) hasn't HT support. have other solution?

I tried task manager running XP-SP3 x86 but I cannot open "define affinity" ("aquamark.exe" processed) due to error - access denied.
I tried run "StartAffinity" (program tool) with from 6 cores to 1 or 2 cores used but I can't improve performance.

I think to see "human" 50 fps despite 100 fps by computer - begin benchmark running AMD x6 1055T@3.28GHz. the half of performance may be abnormal on this CPU LOOL but not half of performance on my old CPU C2D E6600.

I tried to update from 2301 to lastest (2402) bios (mboard nForce chipset) and reinstall to 197.75beta for XP x86 but I can't improve performance yet. :(

your score is also abnormal because CPU AMD x6 + nForce chipset = issue and non-optimized for CPU. and new bios (mboard w/ nforce - 2009) for new CPUs AMD x6 may be abnormal performance on aquamark3, rayman3 and some old games/benchamarks. :( ;)

i wasnt expecting an uber high score. amd chips arent known for their benchmarking finesse. it gets the job done though

ok but AMD x6 + AMD chipset = normal performance.
