    Hello
I need a bit of help here. I'm looking at a second hand AOC G2770PF 27-inch FreeSync monitor. It does 1080p at 144hz

I know you can force resolutions to non-native levels. I've done it with my BenQ Xl2410T from 1080 to 1440 but only with 60hz freq.

But does anyone know if you force the 27 inch AOC G2770PF to 1440p with it keep the 144hz or even 120hz?

the video shows how its done, to force resolutions

    This is good
So even If I buy the AOC G2770PF
I can still force higeher res ingame and use DSR. But what about changes in frequencies from 144 down to say 60 if the ingame res goes up to 1440 from 1080?

After searching for DSR custom refresh rate, its not smooth there. Lots of hacking is involved and its not stable.

Sorry for giving you wrong idea. Maybe falling back to custom resolution might be better solution. Try googling, its a bit chaotic, but there might be something helpful.

If i find better solition, i post it
