F means disabled iGPU in the CPU. So you can't use monitor without dGPU. If you don't plan on using PC without video card, you should be fine with KF version. If you don't have backup videocard for troubleshooting, might want to consider K version.
10600K unlocked multiplier plus IGP 10600KF unlocked multiplier minus IGP I would recommend buying the "K" if you don't have a spare GPU on hand, in case you need to troubleshoot. Buy the KF if you have a spare GPU lying around.
