places already discounting this.
Don't worry lads, TD2 is here soon
sure , this game is not that much fun but i feel after few updates and added content people will go back to it with joy
People will buy TD2 instead..
What is TD2 abbreviation for?
Test drive 2
Changing to High preset and enabling Motion Blur made the gameplay much smoother at 3440x1440, especially on the CPU (I'd like to find that specific setting). Honestly I don't see a visual difference between Ultra and High though I bet it's there. The GPU also seems to work a little bit more oddly enough and has a more consistent workload. Ultra is just a stuttering mess just like the Ultra preset in AC:Odyssey.
Played for 2hrs straight and had a blast!
There is no stuttering in AC: O.
Obviously depends on your setup - specifically your cpu...
If you can stand Joe, probably.
But... nope. Guy is annoying as hell.
Yah, I'm not his biggest fan either and I find many of his criticisms to be somewhat asinine.
In his original Anthem review video, he was moaning that he'd done a fairly lengthy quest and wasn't 'rewarded' with armour or something visual so that 'everyone could see that he'd completed it'.
Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't give a toss what other people think of my character's appearance or my progression, in all honesty, I would have preferred it if Anthem was a fully single player game (2-4 player co-op for the story would have been fine).
This whole 'live service' thing seems to be predicated on 'showing off' and it just does not appeal to me in any way, especially when it compromises the quality of the product.
Agreed. I prefer to shoot stuff, complete the objectives, get my loot and enjoy the gameplay rather than gasping on some random guys golden armor for several minutes, I couldn't care less tbh.
His angry shtick is a bit too pre2010's youtube cringe territory. More than he probably realizes. Tho i suppose you had to make it big back then.
He's ok for your average mainstream superficial "review". Mostly I will just check the occasional review after playing something for my self and end up thinking he spoils too much stuff in these videos (don't put much weight behind his skills of observation and critique). Tho now that i think about, it's probably mostly for the stupid dressup bits.
edit:nvm that's not even a review lol, derp ignore je post :S
It's not an actual review, but worth watching anyway. Didn't know they cut so much stuff from the game but forgot to hide it properly.
The game is cool, but it's not the game i expected at all. Won't buy
If I cared about stuff like that, my character in FO4 wouldn't still be wearing his Vault 111 suit. Or, my Shepard in ME...
I honestly put very little into how my character looks, and what effort I do put in... is for me. Nobody else.
Well FO4 is first person so you rarely see your character or what they are wearing wo popping into 3rd person camera.
In 3rd person games looking cool is part of the fun or just plain i do not want to look lame thing when you got to stare at your character constantly.
So in games where i got a selections of armors i will go for the armors i like the look of maybe even sacrificing some stats so i can look cool.
But in most first person games it rarely comes up. So i tend to go with stats over looks a bit more.
wearing ugly armor in a 3rd person game really bothers me, witcher 3 i had to mod the game because of all the garbage tier armor leveling up where geralt looked like a rodeo clown at times. Should just recraft your witcher armor to keep current. but soon after looted armors outpace your starter gear, and the gap goes wider each level, so you were often swapping in random pieces. i just put in the appearance mod and put the default armor skin to wolf armor and wore whatever at that point. having my professional witcher look like a hobo bothered me greatly.
Say it depends on the game.
Got it for free with GPU, not sure its worth the download.
You can always sell the key to someone and just buy a month of Origin Basic in order to play the game for 10hrs.
