cons: might of been better with black inside Pros: with the option to put a 120mm fan at the rear of the mobo there must be plenty of space for cable management
So confused at why you'd want a fan behind the mobo. Also looks like the drive bays will now block airflow from the front fans.
The changes are logical, even though the fan-behind-motherboard jobby has always confused me. Please do a review Hilbert. I'd be interested to see what you make of this beasty. Looks like theres plenty of space for HDDs and GFX cards (8 slots), unlike the old one, with the drive bays getting in the way and struggling to fit any card longer than 10 inches. $80 would be a little pricey IMO.
Looks decent enough, but what it really bugs me, is the plastic rail design. This means that if you loose or break the rails, there is no way you can use regular screws. And the HDD cage is not movable- neither the whole thing nor on of the walls (like Bitfenix have in some cases) which will always obstruct the airflow. Other than that the outside is a killer.
