Anomily with Windows 10 and the latest nVidia Drivers

    That's the only reason I can think of

    Try making a new MSA, and see if it still happens when you sign in, if not, you have the answer

    Can't replicate the issue, I have a Windows that is upgraded from 7 to 8/8.1 to 10 running (system has been running stable like this since Windows 7 beta) and used MS account login and synced everything since Windows 8.
    I doubt that it is the OS, more likely to be files that got corrupted by something at some point, maybe by a Virus or an error 40.

    That was it. Can we curse here! Anyhoo, I created a new MSA disabled onedrive/syncing and the aforementioned effect is gone! Now I need to reinstall all my stuff........ again.
