anitialiasing modes

    what is the diference between the two anitialiasing modes:

    *. 8X

    *. 8XS

    ?

    and which one give you most quality in 3D apilications?

    There ain't any vanilla 8x by default (unless using NVTweak or RivaTuner).
    Just OFF,2x,2xQ,4x,8xS. Though 8xS suppose to use mix of multi and supersampling at different stages, thus resulting in higher quality.
    I wonder why there isn't only supersampling available if they can use it in 8xS hm... or Transparent AA in this case.

    I never heard of just 8x, only 8xS, but 8xS has better quality. ;)
