well stronger RTX is to be expected, kind of doubt about raster part..
Hope its true and the part about xx80Ti pricing.. They should bring it back in 700-800€ area by rls and even that is steep imo.
Thanks for the link, following updates on this Gpu.
Looking quite tasty indeed. Hopefully the 3080Ti doesn’t cost $1200. If it’s under 1k and with 2077 launching somewhere around that timeframe I’d probably jump on it.
And there I was not really keen on upgrading... we shall see.
I'll get a 3080-ti no matter what, but i hope it'll be less expensive than the 2080-ti <.<, and with enough RT capabilities for 4K no DLSS
^ Sign me up as well, will buy it when it comes out!
If they keep this up I will be getting a top tier card next year.
This years left me cold.
prices unchanged on the popular ones... hmm NVIDIA is playing poker if this is true... and they must think they're holding a damn good hand.
Component pricing and cost of euv wafers will not permit a significant drop to customer pricing, but at the high end the reduced chip dimensions will as with other micro process scaling improve production costs.
improved production costs won't permit anything? got it
Interesting. Skipped turing cause the 1080ti was just too good of a card.
Lower voltages should also result in lower temps. Sounds good.
Bear in mind a smaller process uses the energy in a smaller space and has less area to cool.
OP has been deleted btw. Still, interesting claims. An yes, for the love of all that is holy, get the damn price of the x80Ti dooooown FFS!
