    This does not seem right. The processors with the 3D cache on only one of the two chiplets are the uneven designs which are the 7900X3D and 7950X3D. How is it an uneven design when the one and only chiplet has the 3D cache? If anything, that would seem to be an even design to me as would two 3D cache layers on two chiplets.
