I'm very curious about High bandwidth cache. They said it improves minimum frames by 100%. That's quite crazy high promise I think.

HBM cache will bring great improvements to the architecture, awesome. I love the new Vega logo and the disclosure that the real name for Vega is Radeon RX Vega GPU. All in all it was a good show.

It will really depend on what is causing the drops. If you are limited for example by the VRAM and its bandwidth, then yeah. If by a cpu, not much of help.

Unbelievable. Who would have thought that greatly improving GPU will have no effect if someone pairs it with sh*tty CPU.

While it likely won't, they are scared to take the risk of VR taking off big and then being left behind.

HBC is interesting, but afaik it needs developer support and as mentioned only necessary when VRAM limited.

Damn, AMD really sellouts CrossFire. While it is amazing on a few titles, it should never be brought due to poor stability and performance on most games.

Promote crossfire once its stress free and there no reason to disable and run on single card.
Not having flagship card puts AMD into desperate position.

    Looking forward for Vega!

+ thank you for summary, boss!
