Install UWP driver, Radeon version number greater than 23.10.23.03. RT is enabled.



If you change it, below 23.10.23.03. then RT will be disabled.

Looks like i am gonna wait for next driver, if you wanna play with RT defiantly recommend installing this driver instead of disabling dynamic resolution scaling
edit: if you change to driver vision 23.8.1 it also enables so it looks like that will work to. its not out yet tho.

 

Looks like borderless window Vulkan is a bit bugged on AMD: It runs as exclusive mode (volume OSD hidden) until evoking Windows' Ctrl + Alt + Del mask once, then volume OSD is shown and VRR still works.
