UPD2: So basically 2 versions for D3D, few for Vulkan, Many for OpenCL? And +1 extension for both OpenGL and Vulkan.

 

factory reset + keep user settings im intrested in if i can make the video scheduler freeze up or lag cos that is indicator that its far still from being fixed.

toggling gpu scaling abnormally like turning it on then off even after 10 seconds blackscreens but now my second screen blackscreens instead of my primary odd

Disable fast startup in windows that should fix it, also bug report it so they can get fix it.

 

I solved the watman reset, changing the user permission to full control of these files
C:\Windows\SysWOW64 >> atiapfxx.blb
C:\Windows System32 >>> atiapfxx.blb
you do not lose anything for trying it

 

I had no issue with my old 6800XT and now with 7900XT before the last 2 Win11 DEV builds (25290 and 25295).
And "fast startup" is always off on my system.

 

I had the same issue when when i had rx580. Had to load my profile on every boot, annoying.

 

Doesn't happen for me on W11 22H2. But i don't use Dev branch, though. So... Maybe Windows issue?

What i will say, ungodly chrome flickers into background game. Vice versa happening much rare.
Will see about stability though. Looks like window to window interaction became MUCH better and a lot more smooth. Maybe it is because i had 2 games open at same time in background?

Also... Did Adrenaline became more responsive as application?

 

Have to test more but i think whatsapp video call stutter that i could trigger by dragging it near picture in picture fixed, i guess i will use windows 11 for now for next 2 weeks to see how things improved, but i might test MPO on linux when it releases.

 

I just tried it. No effect.

For me, it's specific for the DEV branch because on Win11 22H2 (build 22621) everything is ok.

 

I have good feeling of this driver or i am lucky in testing, hopefully they did what i asked them to do blocking whatsapp from using the MPO plane or just from using hardware acceleration, i guess i need to check if Valheim still crashes gpu drivers next since they did finally report it in exclusive driver and fix it hopefully also for rx6000 series
