Looks like on the 19th Oct MS will put out a fix via WU. And probably an AMD chip set driver update to fix the high latency on L3 https://wccftech-com.cdn.ampproject...1-update-on-19th-october-cppc-driver-on-21st/
Windows 11 update to beta build 22000.282 https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-11-hotfix-repository.83741/page-13#post-1697287 Some tests https://www.igorslab.de/professione...ohne-patch-ist-windows-11-wirlich-so-schlimm/
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-ryzen-chipset-3-10-08-506 Part II of the fixes. If the CU is being released to public channel today, it will be after 1 PM Eastern Time
I wanted to jump in here to share my experiences. First test is Windows 11, fully updated, and AMD's chipset driver update installed: Second test is Windows 10, fully updated: The gap has closed on the latency, but there is still quite a large gap in the "Copy" speed. I feel like the problem hasn't been fully fixed yet....
Why is your write speed half your read speed at 3200 mhz? Shouldn't dividers kick in at 3600 to 4k mhz on x570 and 5th gen?
Im not super knowledgable here, but its to do with the single CCD and is perfectly normal for the 5800x/5600x etc... 5900x has dual ccd's which gives it twice the write speed. Apparently it actually makes very little difference in terms of performance.
