A set of photos and CPU-Z / Cinebench screenshots have leaked onto the web, the processor involves the cheapest 199 USD based Ryzen 5 3600. This is the slowest and most affordable SKU that AMD will re...

The single-threaded score in CPU-Z is still slightly lower than what I get from my i7-6800 at the same clocks.
Anyway, that particular benchmark doesn't use any advanced SIMD code, so not much relevant.

Singlethread cpuz score of 502 is very good. It beats the crap out of my overclocked 3930k.

Very good !? It's on par with 2700X...

I could like to see CB15 and CB20 single thread...

Well it is. I think even the 7700k scores 485. Only 9900k is above 500 in that list.

Score is good for something that cheap running under 65W limits.

Wow, we have our Intel-NV troll again.

    3600 will sell like hotcakes.

Troll? I'm a troll because you can't handle the truth?

3600 will sell just fine yes, just like 1600 and 2600 did.
    Good value CPU's.

3600 will need a 400 series board to be good value tho.

So you say that Hilbert is lying when he says it's on par with the 9700K?

If we could stop with the going back and forth like 12 year olds, that'd be nice.

No official testing has been done and Cinebench multithreaded scores has not much to do with real world performance and especially not gaming performance, we saw that on Ryzen 1000 and 2000 series.

Why do you think people always leave out the single thread score when testing Ryzen CPU's in Cinebench? This time too. Fully clocked 2700X barely break 180.

I will hope that AMD can atleast match Skylake perf when using newer arch and has node-advantage.

Even AMD had their comparison in FHD in the New Horizon event. They did it in 4K when Ryzen was revealed. I'm pretty sure they will be head-to-head.

"3600 will need a 400 series board to be good value tho."

And what is the problem with that? You can easily use a 400 series mobo for the new CPUs. You can even have a cheap B450. Absolutely trashing Intel in price-performance ratio.
