This RAM on Intel + Nvidia PC would be great, no one could call you fanboy
This was posted a few months ago....and it's all high latency memory.
I wonder if they'll aim to be priceerformance oriented as they are with most of their other products.
It's going to all have high CAS ratings....so, sales won't be too high and price will further impact sales.
but the latency is higher than other memories with the same speed
AMD is going to overhype this like Zambezi. Grandiose claims, but actually sucks, horribly.
Awww that is soo sweet
I hope they move onto PSUs next
They started doing that mouths ago when Llano launched.....which was the same time they announced the AMD branded memory.... Expect to see CAS10-12, according to the original press release from early summer.....
partriot rebranded memory. read this months ago.
Lolwut? What's the point of that? Just to get their foot into the door then later make their own RAM? Or do they plan to just continue this facade I wonder?
Regardless, thank all that is good that we do not need to install drivers for RAM otherwise those who buy this would be face BSoDs left and right.
I read this months ago is that hard to understand?
Yea if its Patriot then no wonder..
heh AMD why not go with Samsung or Hynix? That's "high end" not this Patriot.
imo even takeMS or A-data makes better ram xD
... I'm not the one having difficulty understanding. Maybe you should read what I wrote again. I was just making small talk about what's the point of selling re-branded items.
honestly you sound like an anti amd guy. the driver thing for one. but whatever man
If I was why would I have ever bought their hardware? Anyone anti-AMD is foolish, if AMD don't get back into shape it will become an effective monopoly. I hope AMD as a whole manage to get back to their former glory... coincidentally replacing the Catalyst team would be a nice start.
you are ANTI AMD; your Cayman don't fool me whatevaaa
yet to seem to bitch about AMD's "driver problems" in any thread regarding the company... If I had as many problems with AMD's drivers as you do...I'd scrap my computer and buy a damn Mac....
or an ipad...
