Installing the Audio drivers I notice that it doesn't detect it any more in the Output Devices.

Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 21.9.1 is out but I have no idea if it's WDDM 3.0.

and it has newer vulkan than these UWP drivers too. some are reporting HAGS is enabled too on 5000 series gpu's on Win 11.

and new chipset drivers are out as well

No HAGS for 6000 cards on Win11.

And for the "new" version of chipset drivers - every module is "no change". Only "AMD SFH Driver" is new.

So AMD had a Win 11 explosion?

I guess the reasons I was holding off on Win 11 just got eliminated.

Anyone getting lower fps with this driver? I'm getting lower fps in all games. I wonder if it's the HAGS or the windows update KB5005101. can anyone tell me for sure?

This driver is older than the just released 21.9.1 so I'd give that one a try

guys, if i already have this driver installed, can i just update it through Microsoft Store?
Will it update correctly, the driver itself and the radeon software?
    BTW, i have Windows 10 not 11.

I used this driver on W10, for updates currently you still need to update it manually through drivers posted here (just for the driver, the Radeon Software should update automatically)

On a different note, I'm currently having problems with driver 21.9.1. When playing Apex Legends, it seems randomly freeze out my whole laptop.
Ryzen 3 3200U, used amdcleanuptool when installing the new driver. Never happened before on same exact config. Might try reinstalling it with DDU later

DDU'd and reinstalled 21.9.1. Has crashed 3 times in a row now. Sometimes hardlock (keyboard numlock not functioning), sometimes softlock.
    I'll just revert to UWP....

I've just installed the newer UWP drivers.. uninstall driver > restart safe mode > ddu > restart > install new driver, then windows installs radeon settings > asks to restart, then everything is installed.

Although this time when I click the desktop which should bring up the following + a link to AMD Radeon Software at the top... this time it does not exist.

Is there any way to get it back?

With 21.9.1 being newer maybe using that is an alternative. 30.0.13017 instead of 30.0.13015 unless AMD provided a even newer set on Windows Update for the dev build of Windows 11 now?

With this OS now though I have to use the more settings panel when right clicking and then the context menus are on the old menu.

Reading your comment made me think maybe the driver version I was trying wasn't 100% ready for the AMD Radeon Software provided via the windows store yet, the new one I was using was v30.0.13015.1002, the previous I had installed was v30.0.13001.3012.

I did the same as before to uninstall the new one, then installed what I previously had and the AMD Radeon Software link appeared again like before... lol... along with the AMD Link for Windows of course... which I know how to disable xD

So which driver should I use, the one from AMD website, or the one attached in this thread? Even I'm using a laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 3500U, Windows 11, WU still force me to install graphics driver v27 (I'm on dev channel). And I heard that Windows 11 will force Intel/AMD to use a new type of driver, can someone explain that to me (DCH or something?). Thank you so much!

if you are using a laptop then your manufacturer has 100% likely been providing DCH drivers for a while.

It's not a new type of driver, same driver packaged with UWP support And signature

My OEM (Asus) hasn't released v30 driver yet. So should I download v30 driver attached in this thread to install or I will have to wait for Asus to release v30 driver? I'm using Windows 11. Thanks!
