Hi Guys, i'm new on the forum, first of all i would like to thank all of you for the effort that you put in this and the support.
I'm currently running the last version of Windows 11 and I would like to ask you more detailed instructions on how to install the drivers since my UWP won't offer me the latest version (v30.0.13011.1004).
I already downloaded the files but i don't have a clue on how to proceed :(
Thanks in advance for your help, cheers

    Hi
    You are welcome!

It's in the "Notes" section of the post you quoted.

Uninstall any previous drivers with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)
Disconnect from the internet so we are sure that Windows won't install any driver by itself.
Then install either via INF (Right Click> *.inf> Install) or device manager pointing at the folder.
Also, make SURE to install UWPPair using the inf inside that folder.

After that, open the Microsoft Store, and it should install Radeon Software.

Came back to this driver after I knew the OBS AMF bug and I am now happy because the current driver (30.0.13011.1004) is able to do hardware encoding on OBS :D
And the current bug on the 21.8.2 for it (Open Broadcaster Software™ may continue to run in the background after a user ends a recording session and closes the application) doesn't exist too

I had no time to upload it now. I'll do it later.

But it's weird! All modules are the same version - 2D, 3D, Vulkan...

Installs fine on W10, but I can't seem to get the context menu options back for the control panel and AMD Link. I installed the previous UWP driver first on a clean W10 install and had the context menus, removed the drivers with AMD's cleanup utility and then installed the newest ones (30.0.13015.1002).

It doesn't seem to be an actual problem (AMD's executables still autostart and the control panel still works), but does anyone know how to get those context menu entries back? Reinstalling the UWP control panel didn't work, nor did using the factory reset option do anything.

Ah, maybe it's just specific to the new driver then; can anyone else with 30.0.13015.1002 check this? Just right-click on the desktop and see if you see any AMD options.

My UWP app is 10.21.30018.0; it was the same version back on the previous UWP driver (30.0.13011.1004) and it had the context menu entries, so it seems like the newest driver may be hiding the options.

DX12 Ultimate activated? Oh damn, so that's what's updated, plus the DX12_2 and 1

I had AMD Radeon software from the old .appx file, works (edit: no it doesn't right click on desktop. you got to click in tray or trigger the overlay via hotkey.)
I do get DirectX 12 Ultimate 'enabled' in DXDiag, i'm on the latest Beta Windows 11 Pro.
Maybe this is just an update for 'official' support of Windows 11 (if the actual per-API driver versions, etc. are the same) but i think something's changed. :)

Installed and working great on the latest dev build of Win 11.

However, the context menu on the desktop is missing both links for amd link and control panel.

Still it seems with this driver that the control panel doesn't randomly crash and restart it self. Tested for a solid hour playing Cold War and no control panel crashes where you see about 4+ control panel icones in the task bar.

Nothing changed, performance is basically the same must just be bug fixes like the control panel restarting.
