Try Windows Update, not the Store.
He asked for Radeon Settings app, not for the driver. It comes just from Microsoft App store. But without a trick, you can see the latest compatible version only.
We have posted a trick on how to see (and download) all available (and maybe not compatible) versions.
Not enough coffee yet.
Thank you so much as always!
I am on it!
Yes, it's a Samsung C24F390. It does has FreeSync, but, I don't see any stuttering when watching videos.
Pretty weird stuff. Hope you get it fixed or they fix it!
What is the point in seeing the non compatible versions, store doesn't show them because AMD flags them as non compatible with any current release drivers. Probably only for internal test builds, we try them and confirm that yep they aren't compatible. Seems moot to me
It's called CURIOSITY!
Curiosity killed the cat my man
Well it has 8 more lifes
It has right?
anyone using the last two drivers from the original thread could you test Doom Eternal out for me. Seems to just crash to desktop halfway through the opening bethesda logo.
Just tested out the official 21.7.1 driver and Doom Eternal works no problems.
Just figured this out, totally different subject. I have 2 monitors, 1 is 1080p60 and the other is 1440p144. With both monitors at their rated res and refresh my 6800XT locked its memory to the max speed (2000MHz, or 2150MHz if I OC).
If I step my main monitor down from 144Hz to 120Hz and run the 2 screens at 1080p60 and 1440p120 the memory clocks instantly shoot down and now run around 18MHz-960MHz (just doing general PC tasks). Temps on the GPU have gone down by around 3-5C as well. Normally my core idles around 30-35C. Now its 28-31C.
I know this is meant to happen with these cards but its not a massive drop in refresh but its HUGE drop in clockspeeds and a nice little saving on temps. Strange its effected core temps as well....
Thanks to this latest driver link... all looks good and working smoothly without any problems
So.. anyone got any success having option to enable HAGS on Navi 2x cards?
On Win10 (19044.1149) yes, on Win11 (22000.100) - unfortunately no.
Just a random question, I got this driver running on the latest version v30.0.13001.2011. I noticed that the HDMI audio driver is using Microsoft generic HDA driver. I don't use HDMI audio that much but and my monitor doesn't support HDCP. Though, should I concern about that or nah?
Yes, that's because the UWP drivers doesn't come with the audio codec drivers.
Here, I've uploaded the latest from 21.7.1.
This should do, if not, please, tell me.
The 30er drivers wont go into energy mode when you watch video streams. Realized that?
Livestreams and such. Saw that on 164hz? So, i would prefer the "older ones" that can go "idle" during streams.
ROFL! What a Bull...shiat. "ALL I NEEEEEEED, IS YOUR LOVE TONIGHT...." LOL No affront, but....no sense.
Devs do not offer support for developer release OS versions or preview development release drivers, and they aren't expected to offer support for prerelease software
@Banana i am here and got here only coz of him, i was investigating all he wrote. He behaved like a KING and now he has to take some storm. Only it. Cheers. Without him, i would not even be member here. Know what i mean. Call me Robin Klopp. But we should not pay attention to him. Coz if i behave like a Schlaubi Smurf, then i know - i get wind on my face. He will "overcome" it. Yes, i was harsh and rude to him, yes. But he needs hard words. Nothing against him personally. I dont even know him. And he can give contra to me. I accept it!
I see a new Radeon Settings App 10.21.30016.0 is available.
Does it work with the current newest driver release?
