    I believe that the bug came along WDDM 2.1 and it has also something to do with the newer versions of the UWP framework itself.

    The first amd driver that exibhited the problem was 16.7.3, but WDDM 2.1 support only came with 16.9.1.
    I also thought it came with AU, but there was another user with the same problem under W7.
