This driver just crashed on me (desktop, did nothing) and restarted my system.. .oO lol, never hapopened before in my life.

 

And yet better was on my rig, driver crashed and deleted himself lmao

 

Do you have latest Agility SDK Preview installed and configured?

 

I thought it's coming already included in DEV Win11 ISO.

 

Look like AMD fix the Error 1603 when you install the driver in minimal install mode on Windows 22H2, also no HDMI 2.1 Forum VRR support in this driver which is a shame.

 

Been running 22.6.1 (original release) on my desktop 6800xt and laptop 6800m since they came out and have zero issues with super smooth game play - excellent drivers!

 

For me the original june driver release feels stable overall, but I am experiencing some stutters in DX11 games and sometimes white flashing on my second monitor

 

Is it possible to get back all custom settings in video profiles? I only have brightness in the custom profile :\

They were totally removed starting with the navi architecture. And they started nerfing all the custom video settings when they switched from the catalyst drivers to crimson drivers. I still don't understand it.

 

Yeah, I miss Fluid Motion Video and all AVIVO / VIDEO settings like deinterlacing for example:





Now we have just some stupid non-editable presets (with unknown settings inside)! WTF!

My old 290X card is much better for playing video than 6800XT even if it doesn't hardware acceleration for some modern video compressions.

 

What the frack is going on, on Amd driver developer team?! ...

For Amd, only exists Navi Gpu's that have 100% support for DirectX 11, my god what a bullsh....!

 

nvidia also dont think about their older gen cards, pascal is left behind so basically its rtx cards only.

 

Yes, probably you are correct, but the DirectX 11 on Nvidia Pascal gpu's did not suffer from the craping and nonsense optimizations all the AMD gpu's have!
And now, AMD is only LATER fixing Navi DirectX 11 crippling optimizations, WTF?!

On most demanding maps I got better performance than the core game map :\ With both CPU and GPU usage drops after a while.

 

guys, I'm reinstalling win10 (ENT LTSC IoT 2021) and need drivers for my vega56@vega64.
which one to chose for start, 22.5.1, 22.5.2 or 22.6.1?
I see that someone mentioned no VCE with 22.5.2 and 22.6.1? I need this in handbrake for encoding.
First game I'm gonna play out is borderlands 3 so if anyone knows better driver for that one...
