AMD Radeon HD 8870m Drivers!?

About keyboard it's a normal thing - due to the light sensor.
You can turn off this sensor by changing advanced power settings (see image)
but laptop will work shorter on battery.

About fan : when this problem have started for you ? After installing drivers ?
You should restore system to orginal and then check fan.

 

Battery drain can be connected with AMD 13.4 since 8xxx has been introduced officially only in 13.5b3. Try installing 13.4 mobility instead.

What is the difference between this drivers :
Intel HD Graphics (Modern, ver. 9.17.10.2932)
Intel HD Graphics (Modern, ver. 9.17.10.3062) from your driver pack ???

Last driver on intel website is dated 3/22/2013 and has nr. 15.31.3.3071(9.17.10.3071).
