Please, can you post the link to it? Or how to install it?

I keep getting an error when trying to install it via Microsoft Store (obviously, I have installed the driver)
    Error: 0x803FB005

Ok, I found out the problem.
I 've used https://store.rg-adguard.net to download the appx package to install via powershell.
    This is the error:

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CFD, A Prerequisite for an install could not be satisfied.
Windows cannot install package AdvancedMicroDevicesInc-2.AMDRadeonSoftware_10.21.20005.0_x64__0a9344xs7nr4m because
this package depends on a device driver that could not be found. One of the following device drivers must be
    installed: {[Advanced_Micro_Devices,_Inc.-UWPPair.inf, 29.2120.0.0]}

The driver zip is missing this file I've bolded. Which normally comes inside the CAB file under the folder "UWPPair"

    Don't sweat it! Mistakes happens.

There is one extra folder missing.
    amdfendr

    Example from a previous driver:
    adasdasd.png
Can you please also upload it?

    Thank you in advance!

FreeSync is not impossible with 10bpp, who told you that? I'm playing games right now in 10bpp with freesync on, but for many games it stutters maybe it's bandwidth thing or bug but definitely not impossible. And members like rflair and Montville here confirmed it's working for them with no issues.
Do you have 10bit panel? I’m not sure what you are saying, are you saying that 10bit colors are placebo? Because just changing to this mode everything looks nicer the desktop icons, games, videos...

I only get to see spikes with the UFO TEST when using the keyboard or clicking with the mouse. Both are USB devices connected to the top USB 2.0 ports of my X99 motherboard. But I also see CPU/GPU spikes in Battlefield 1 from time to time (especially repeatable with the TAB key to show the stats) or clicking the mouse buttons, but not always. I did not experience these spikes to the same extent with two Nvidia cards (a GTX 670 on low game settings and a RTX3070 in DX11) I had for testing (TAB was also leading to spikes), I am somewhat confused where this issue comes from. Digging deeper in the BIOS, there are a couple of USB workarounds enabled, one is preventing to advertise the message signaled interrupt capability to Windows for USB devices, but as I haven't seen this issue with the Nvidia cards to the same degree, I don't know if that is a GPU driver or platform compatibility issue. If I disable that particular BIOS workaround both USB devices fail to work, so it is definetly needed to circumvent hardware issues. I already use the highest available power plan.

    It`s been like this from 2019 :)
Owerwatch also have this TAB lag spikes. Tho it`s not that important, the game is smooth. In case of am4 mobo, the USB FIX in the new AGESA will probably fix this.

Desktop icons look worse with 10bit pixel format.

You have no real job with 10bit pixel format option.

Forget it. I play smoothly freesync 2 hdr + 10bpc @ 1440p. You cannot mix whatever you want and demand it to be tasty.

Keeping the separate option for 10-bit pixel format (desktop) off and not overriding it from it's 8-bit standard while still setting and allowing the display to utilize 8, 10 or 12-bit is probably the ideal.
Not sure if you gain much from the separate 10-bit option anyway I would think workstation and productivity and some applications unless it can also affect windowed or borderless behavior as a brute-force way to mitigate certain banding problems if talking about Free-Sync so gaming oriented purposes.

EDIT: AMD made it a little bit confusing I suppose.
