    Yep. It was another option. Didn't need to be supported.

    Chill doesn't always cut off FPS at exact values - CS:GO goes WAY above my limit, for example... If your monitor is 75Hz, try Chill @ 70. Check the FPS.

    It isn't always so simple with PSUs, but likely isn't the issue...

    Could try a possible fix OnnA posted on the very bottom of the page.

    @Digilator I just wanted to be stable at 75fps to enjoy the game, no stuttering and no going up and down the frame rate. I usually tune the game to have more GPU power than needed (example: at 75fps my GPU sits below 80% usage). That way I know that some demanding sections won't tank the frame rate.

    It's a pain to use Chill.

    Point is that with Chill @ 70, you may get something like a semi-stable 75 - experiment with the Chill values if needs be. I made it work for me.
