It's a great news really, with lower Zen3 prices they could have gotten more share though.

They have more missed the lack of graphic part as we were nearly a year without GPU aviable.
Personaly i don't regret my Ryzens they run fine (even the 1600 to test W11) and made less expensive machine compared to intel equivalent.
This rise in market share is justified.

If it weren't for limitations on 7nm availability on TSMC, AMD might have achieved a higher share.
Both in the CPU market, and GPU market.

True. Their market share should be much higher.

Not necessarily. Due to the production constraints, they wouldn't have had enough to sell anyway. They would have just made less money if Zen3 had been cheaper. Even if they had had access to more fab capacity, it would have been more useful to have cheaper models available, especially APU ones, than making the current ones less expensive. With a good selection and supply of entry level and low mainstream chips, AMD could have achieved 20 or even 25%, I genuinely believe. They were so much in the groove. However, it's difficult to even negotiate with the big OEM PC manufacturers if you haven't got cheaper options and can't even guarantee the vast loads of CPUs such operators need.

Their marketshare could have been higher if they released more low-end parts instead but there's not much point when the stuff they make now keeps selling out and is more profitable.

Low end parts have lower profit margin.
During a time of serious constrains on chip production, AMD did the logical thing.
They went for the high-end, high profit part of the market.
It sucks for us, consumers, especially budget conscious ones.
But AMD needs the revenue to pay it's investments in R&D.

With the Ryzen starting at 89 Euro (4 core) i don't know what to do to have cheaper...
For the same price the i3 F of the 10th gen need a board that cost twice the one needed for AMD

I would have thought the Phenom II years would have been the best but 2006? Learn something new every day.

Zen3 is just a part of the actual line, there is also Zen2 and even some Zen+ with 3000G, Intel do the same they still do 10th gen (you change the box lol) for completing 11th gen on less expensive CPU
