Hello everyone, I hope you can help me with this problem.

I have a toshiba satellite s55-b5266 with graphics amd radeon r7 m260 and intel family. I am having problem with radeon, I have already tried with several drivers of the official page and at the time of example playing LOL I have low fps and freezes the screen, when I disable the radeon graphics card and it is working the Intel improves but clear the performance of the Intel Family is not enough.

What do you recommend me to solve this problem?

Have you checked for updated Intel drivers as well?

    Hello Chastity,

no, I have not actually seen the Intel driver. The Intel (R) HD Graphics Family driver has been version 20.19.15.4549, but I think the problem is with the amd.

I do not know what else to do.

The Intel driver controls when the discrete GPU is used, not the AMD driver in an Optimus setup. Which is why I suggested you update your Intel drivers for the GPU. A normal upgrade path is to update the AMD driver, followed by the Intel one. This way the Intel installer detects the current AMD driver and configs for it.
