Uploading now. There is no Mantle in this release apparently.

Thanks, want to test GTAV with these. 15.7 is just horrid with Win10.

is this true until now? and what driver is 1040?

I went back to 14.12 from 15.7 simply because I don't get any increase in FPS while playing Witcher 3. It's all the same. :bang:

That recommendation is old, from before 15.7 came out, so is now out of date.

Why did you go back to 14.12, drivers that don't have an application profile for Witcher 3, instead of going to 15.6 beta?

You have a relatively stronger CPU than GPU, so your benefit from 15.7 drivers will be proportionately less.

The good news is that AMD is continuing to work on optimizing the drivers (15.200.1055 modded is available on this forum)

I believe that you have reached the limits of your GPU hardware, that's why the driver doesn't help much. Still, 15.7 is the best driver you can use at this point, there is no reason to go back to 14.12.

These dll's don't work for me. Games just crash. Win 8.1, CCC 15.5.

Which DLL don't work specifically? You usually need a DLL from at least the same driver "family". For you that would be 14.12, 15.4, 15.6.

Check the first post for troubleshooting.

You were right, I don't know what happened really. Try again, they should be ok now.

Mr. Tsipras, there are some archives misfiled on the Mega folder. It looks like 1046.2 OpenGL zip is in the DX10-11 folder (there are 2 1046.2.zip files in that folder, and one of them is 16.1MB, the size of an OpenGL archive). Also, OpenGL archive for 1065 is in the OpenCL folder (again easily recognizable by file size), and there is no actual OpenCL archive for 1065.

Ok, the first problem was because the change of folder I usually do didn't seem to work when I switched to the OpenGL folder for the upload (there is a transition between mega.co.nz and mega.nz). Everything should be ok now. Thanks for catching them.

Mega seems to be behaving weirdly for me now. The DX 9 and 10-12 Catalyst 15.7.1 DLL are up, OpenGL and Mantle will be up once the problem is resolved.

EDIT: All of the 15.7.1 DLL are up.

Had a little drive through town in GTA 5 with 15.7.1, eventually had issues with frametime spikes. Went back to 1046.2 and did a similar run, smooth as butter.

I had to use the 1055 DLL in order to properly play AC Unity under Windows 10. The newer drivers of the 106x branch have horrible performance, almost 50% down.

should I use these dlls on my laptop on daily basis? I'm currently on leshcat 14.4 v2.2 using fixed mode. All these just to bypass GTA V's switchable graphics issue.

Unless you are absolutely sure that the driver DLL supports your hardware, then don't. I don't have a mobile GPU, so I don't know how switching works. You can test though, there's nothing to lose. I bet that they all work, since your GPU "line" is supported in all of them.

Yes, the GPU line is supported. I tested 15.4, 15.7 and 15.7.1 for GTA V. Any particular dll you would like to suggest? Also, I found GTA V runs smooth on Windows 7 than 8.1 or 10. I think Windows 7 is still good for playing games. What's your opinion?
