I think this could be a good deterrent from having to spam all driver threads with "when is it out" or "where's the driver" comments and perhaps let off some steam.

I've seen plenty of threads being constantly hammered by a few members daily with ads so I reckon this legitimate thread shouldn't be a problem.

Hopefully you will understand when I say that ACC will be out in 24 hours and I'm worried that I won't be able to get the most out of my game from the start, hence why I made this thread.

Also I'm a man with few vices and would happily settle for a fully functional OSD and recording options for the 18.9.1 update.

Can u also clean the sticky threads in AMD Radeon section? :D:cool::);)

Edit: On another note, this thread seems like a good idea, because im also seeing a lot of
out of topic/whatever comments in the driver section.

Im waiting for 18.9.1 this week..lots of releases/open betas.

Do we have confirmation it is this week? I'm personally excited to see what's coming the end of this year for their big driver update.

Well, we are almost 10 working days since last driver (27/8). We should have a new one by the end of this week considering new game releases.

I'm still using 18.8.1, it works great and I had no reasons to update, I'm waiting for 18.9.1 so I can play cod beta.

Every dx12 game that I try gives me the same performance as dx11 but with tons of stutter. I'm still waiting to find a game where I can get at least 1 fps improvement and no stutter.

If you have a slower cpu, DX12 is usually much better. As for the thread itself, they will most likely introduce triple buffering/vsync modes.

apparently Shadow of the Tomb Raider recommends DX12 by default and has really good implementation
