Well they're not really being greedy for themselves in this case but allowing it, scratching the backs of board partners. It's obvious board manufacturers pressured AMD because they want more sales. I've found out AMD make diddly squat in terms of profit for sales of X570 chip sets. It's the board partners the seem to have everything to gain. But haven't seen any evidence of AMD greed? Don't make me laugh. Do you not look at pricing? Compare pricing among equal tiers, generation to generation, of their chip line ups. They're a company like any other; out to make a profit and satisfy the parasites, aka investors, those who contribute nothing to society but just shuffle money around inflating their net worth while being only damaging to humanity.
