    This hurts my head. Why didn't they stay with HDR400 as in the beginning? It's just confusing now.

    No money to be made in allowing older specs in, must push people to buy the new spec stuff. ;)

    they are even worse. :)
    the monitor cost less but the GPU card is more expensive.

    at the end being money milked by red, green or blue is the same as we are the only cow :(

    It's not their problem the prices were rocketed by miners. RX580 8GB is finally cheaper then the GTX1060 6GB as its MSRP suggests. Vega is not, maybe because there are less of them than the RX 580. AMD cards have always been cheaper meaning better price-performance ratio in most categories (one exception from this gen is the Vega64-GTX 1080).
