On my system this package says:

19.10 driver has not been installed. Error 1603 - A general error has occurred during the installation of the AMD software package.

And if I click "View Log" it says the AMD SMBus, AMD GPIO and AMD GPIO Driver (for Promontory) packages failed.

I even tried uninstalling the previous driver but it won't install.
    Anyone else getting this?

No. Installed just fine here. Are you using the latest BIOS ?

Same here, but upon looking in device manager after reboot, it has infact installed them, and if you rerun the setup, it says they are installed.

    You're probably right.
I ended up taking the change to do a clean install of Windows and they installed with no issue afterwards.

I always install on top and have had no issues.

I installed "on top" and this is what is shown, when trying to install again.

However I have had one instance where I had to uninstall the previous version before the new version would install.
But that was in the early days of the AMA4 chipset development.
