Is there a chipset driver for Windows 11? For the GPU there is a Beta Driver for Windows 11 but i dont find for the chipset.

 

The Windows 10 driver will suffice until they change the name of the driver package to have the number 11 instead of 10.

AMD PSP Driver 5.17.0.0 Critical security fixes

AMD MicroPEP Driver 1.0.29.0 Added new device ID support and some bug fixes


Some fix / exploit resolution I assume for the security co-processor / PSP and then some installer changes then.

 

This new chipset driver was failing to install, but by using NSUDO to give "All Privileges", fixed.

Considering this is the only change,

AMD SFH Driver - Added support for custom HPD (Human presence detection sensor) support

means nothing unless on a laptop. Adding Windows 11 support doesn't mean much either when the previous Windows 10 version(s) worked just as well.

Just updated the PSP driver, tried the WU method, and the Device Manager way, nothing through WU, and the Device Manager said i had the most current one (i was on 4 something), so i just downloaded the full set from AMD, and unticked everything apart from the PSP, so just installed it on its own that way.

Installed without issues on gigabyte x570.

 

Anyone run a AIDA64 benchmark to see if there is any improvement to the latency or read, write and copy speeds are running at spec.

 

so, its only a new power plan? but ryzen 5000 don´t install power plans
