    Nice find!

they must adding this features because lenovo drivers are directed to laptops.(?¿?).

And on battery you have the full range up to zero. I wish they could have both limiters do the same : S

It will be funny that we need to mod drivers to "disguise" a PC to appear as a laptop on batteries to have a full range frame limiter!

    LOL

I installed AMD_Catalyst_15.200.1040.0_June8-@asder00. Then this drivers AMD_15.200.1055.0_July6-@asder00. AMD AVT(AMD APP) working. I remind everyone about unlocking(This settings are blocked by AMD):

My guess is to just let people know that there's a method for unlocking more stuff.

In any case, it's news to me, and kind of interesting.

This is a driver thread though, not a game thread.

Does 1055 contain the Witcher 3 optimization found in 15.7 driver? I tried playing with the DLL's and tbh, i got almost the same FPS : maybe even lower.

The profile file appear to be near identical to 15.7 WHQL so it should, also has some additional program profiles and there's a change to the Path of Exile profiles Crossfire functionality.
(There might be additional tweaks in the .dll files but I can't check that.)

You have to see version number for now. Like 6.3.10130; 6.3.10162; 6.3.10240

using the dll's from these drivers with the 15.6 catalyst and gta is now after yesterday update nearly completely smooth .. before although my fps was 50-60 frametimes could go as high as 25ms causing the stuttering

now it stays at 14-20ms which is no different than most other games on my system

The only problem of your CPU is the lack of AVX.

You cannot disable AVX as far as I know, and even if you can, you shouldn't. Even Windows is using it if it's there. And yes, games use it too. There is no reason to disable CPU features in general.
