AMD Catalyst 15.5 BETA (14.502.1014.1001 May 14)

Although it may not be optimized for Crossfire user's the Witcher 3 puts a good load on my GPU's pre BETA 15.5 when you set the video settings to Fullscreen as Crossfire does not work in Window or borderless modes...

I'll report in when I get home with performance numbers from both Project Cars and The Witcher 3.

 

I stand corrected then.

 

If it got rid of the flickering in crossfire in Witcher 3. I would be satisfied to some extent. No one is reporting that though.

 

waste of time, going to skip these just like the previous drivers
no crossfire for project cars or witcher 3...

no better performance on witcher 3 = no download .

 

i see a lot people saying they arent going to download them, yet very few who have actually tried them.

seems counter productive to me.

that 7970 of yours is close to 770 in performance in w3

so what is the issue

 

After the drivers "leak", we need the changelog "leak".

Is this guess work to find what is changed in drivers a new AMD technique started in 15.4.1 beta?

 

the game runs ok , but always can run better .

 

Man i ain't testing **** today, i rage quit on this game. I have to save the game manually everytime i clear an area, or else i die soon and have to start all over again. Stupid ass game. My sword are like pinching needles. >.<

 

well if it gives u 3 to 5 fps more that puts u over the 770

for your gpu that is awesome tbf

Combat was never easy

I used to die all the time in the swamp at night.

 

If these are the Project Cars drivers I'm massively disappointed.

Other then poor performance, I did not notice any flickering. I usually see flickering when I enable AFR in CCC on games that do not work well with Crossfire.

 

Sadly by the time i heard of the game, they were already advertising for the 3rd game, and i like good graphics and the first looks ugly now, and the 2nd one looked alright but the i didn't like the the limitation in character movement, but i did play like 8 hrs of it. I still have it installed, haven't played it for a while though. So no i am really a noob at this game, but i am a pro gamer. I play games on extreme diff. and then here comes the game, and either i fail quests or die 5 times before i finish one. Screw this
