and have it at 100hz cant select 120hz
oh and driver 15.3
Has anyone gotten this to work for Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin? I can go up to 4k in other games but now VSR isn't working at all for the new Dark Souls 2. It can only go to 1440p which is my native resolution.
Change your desktop resolution to the one that you want the game to use, and then launch the game. Some games don't run on higher resolution than the one you set your desktop to.
Something new Windows update conflicts with drivers signature check (Error 52)
but, if load OS without drivers signature check all good
AMD driver - 15.3 beta with VSR unlock files
i wish i could read that
I know you don't need to understand Russian to figure what "52" means in this pic...
Something like this:
"Code 52: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device"
This modded drivers needs to be run always in test mode to be used by the OS.
Exactly what I was going to say.
Open admin command line and type:
Bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
You do realize i was kidding right?
I thought you were mocking as you use to.
I could be wrong cause i'm only fluent in Spanish and French, my English is very bad and my Russian is even worst.
I apologize if it was not the case.
Nope, just sounded like you were mocking him as mentioned above. And it wasn't funny anyway.
I wastn actually, but if you you want mocking...very well...
You cant fix stupid...
I can't express my opinion about your comment better than youself:
I'm sure you can fix your English but i seriously doubt you can fix stupidity even knowing it so well.
Personally i can improve my English but i can't fix others stupidity cause i lack this personal knowledge about it.
The driver has been installed without a signature driver and some time worked fine. Then came some update (KB30...) for Windows, which does not allow the driver to work if the OS is loaded normally.
Load OS in test mode not needed, you can simply disable driver signature verification.
Disable driver signature verification
Again - problem is only some Windows update, because few days ago is work fine.
It's KB 04 april - 09 april
KB 2976978 (may be this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2976978)
PS: even installed official 15.3 beta diver without VSR files gives "Code 52".
People who live in glass houses......
Unless you can show us an ASIC hardware scaler I wouldn't be calling other people stupid.
Modded drivers will only work on test mode but official drivers must work on normal mode.
The problem with last drivers could be they are not WQHL (only beta).
Do you have the same problem using the last WQHL drivers (Omega 14.12)?
You need to install them without driver signatures. But after that you can enable it.
No. Driver 14.12 WHQL is work fine. Problem only beta.
I know it thanks.
We are talking about dezmand07 specific problem.
His last reply show he has no problem with 14.12 drivers so maybe Beta vs WHQL is related.
