I 100% DID disable driver signature checking.

    Secure Boot "OFF"
    TEST Mode

    I still get :

That's enough for me for one evening.

Thank you everyone for all of your help and suggestions anyway. :)

Device Driver Integrity Checking is always enabled. It's an undocumented boot loader option :p

I use VBCD man..great for people who don't like to type....that's me.

I tried before but it didn't work cause it was a dirt install of drivers from setup adding only the 3 files package folder.

My second atempt was a little better using unninstall then DDU and unzipping driver package and adding the 3 files to it.

The result is obvious: no signed driver and no test mode= no driver installed.

No i'm at work and i can't try test mode install of 15.3+ the 3 files swapped package and reboot in test mode always.

I think that if this works for asder00 it must work for everybody IF AND ONLY IF we use the same condition as him.

I mean uninstall DDU test mode install and reboot on test mode always.

Maybe VDCB could help with this situation.

for fps limit any hack to get low at 30 fps
i try in registry but didn't apply under 55
and i try it in lot of games fifa 15 final fantasy xiii2 not working except unreal tournament pre alpha and that games in particular have fps lock in game so maybe that the reason
    and i think its not dx9 vs fx11 because fifa 15 is dx 11 i guess ?

    2 nd question
how adding fps limit per games profile

    thank you

Well if we can't install this then what else can we do? I don't want to waste time here. Everything that i tryed isn't working. Not sure why your first driver mod worked right away and this doesn't.

Well there is a news for you:

    Thanks asder00 :)

    IT WORKS!

    First:

    In admin CMD

    bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

    Reboot.

Now you are in test mode.

    Second:

Turn off Program Compatibility Assistant via gpedit.msc.

    from CMD or run: gpedit.msc

Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Application Compatibility, and then set "Turn Off Program Compatibility Assistant" to "Enabled".

Now install 15.3.1 drivers with the 3 files added by asder00 (unzip it and launch the setup.exe who is inside):
    https://mega.co.nz/#!ldQDgBqB!t60Hfmqtb609kSiQO7Uhw8zY30fvgoD57NMWeZBbVmM

Third and more important as it was the elusive point:

You need to sign 2 files from the 3 who made the magic from asder00 package but this files must be signed after installation when they are in place and unpacked.

You can use Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b to do it.

Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b is the first result in google i canĀ“t link the page due to restriction on the forums. :thumbdown

After the driver install launch Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b and sign the 2 files providing the full path to each file including name and extension of them.

    The files are:

    After that reboot and see...

P.S.: In my last atempt i used the .cat file asder00 provided i put it in the unzipped last driver package he uploaded in the right folder overwriting the existing:

    \Packages\Drivers\Display\WB6A_INF\CU181646.cat

This can be important or not.I don't know.

I uploaded the asder00 files with added .cat in the Mega link i posted.

Edit 2: VSR up to 4K (290(X)/295X2) with crossfire is working on desktop but it doen't work yet on games.

On games to avoid flickering in the right side of the screen Crossfire must be disabled globally or by application with a custom application profile in CCC.

    Nice one Sammarbella.

Signing those two files made it work :

BUT.......Unfortunately, Crossfire is completely broken. I get this in every game, regardless of resolution :

Whether it's the 15.2 or 15.3.1 beta driver with the mod, Crossfire is broken for me.

    Bummer !

Confirmed Working now but now we just need to fix for later releases to fix this driver sign issue. What do you do again to make VSR work in games?

Instead of fiddling with the test mode, the recommended way is to just run:

    bcdedit /set onetimeadvancedoptions on

Reboot and press 7) Disable driver signature enforcement on the menu that pops up. It will be effective until the next reboot.

If after that you still have a problem installing unsigned drivers, run gpedit.msc > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Driver Installation > Code Signing for Device Drivers > Set it to "Enabled" and "Warn".

Btw, "bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" hasn't done anything for a looooooong time now, please let it die! :D These are the only valid parameters for bcedit /set: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff542202(v=vs.85).aspx

    Thanks! :)

So the driver signature is not needed if we follow your indications?

I'd say "Yep", but you can never be 100% sure with this stuff. :)

One last for the record: :D

Is "Turn Off Program Compatibility Assistant" still needed?

4K VSR works on desktop with or without crossfire:

4K VSR Works fine on games only with crossfire disabled if it's enabled the right side of the screen is constantly flickering.

I read somewhere in this forum that someone has a solution for this.

    Anybody knows where?

Alrighty then I now have very weird problem. Since I am using Win 10 TP 10041 this may not apply to others and an old HD 7770 card. Well let me explain, I got VSR working with a DVI-D cable. Then tried with an HDMI cable, could never get the resolutions to show to select. Then I started having weird crash restarts.

I uninstalled all the AMD drivers, DDU safe mode etc...Went back to the Win 10 TP update driver. It would not install the CCC2 so I used the 15.3beta March 20 CCC for the control panel.

Now here is where it gets wierd:
Was still using the HDMI and was getting 1920x1080

Switched to the DVI-D was showing 1920x1080 but did not look right, restart...still does not look right.

Switched back to the HDMI and now it is in much higher resolution but still showing 1920x1080...rebooted several times and still the much higher resolution like when I had the VSR working. I am getting 2560x1440.

    BAFFLED. Any thoughts?
