maybe you should try your tv/display settings.

i've found out with my new tv (lg 2014 webOS), that HDMI port should be set to PC mode (with TV rebooted to apply a new setting). and only after that all pixel formats worked normally. when HDMI was in common mode - the only pixel format with no problems was YCbCr 4:2:2.

Anyone else getting crashes/black screen and whole system crash with these drivers when playing BF4? Mantle and DX has the same problem.

I last about 15 mins and then boom, pc black screens and i have to reset. :bang:

    btw i got 2 x hd7970.

they have nearly fixed Elite Dangerous with these drivers, some planets and suns are still banding tho.

Why doesn't this support hd 5000 and 6000 cards? Wtf are amd really cutting the 6990 out already? As if that card is too old to get new crossfire support via drivers?

I downloaded this and it only offered an upgrade to the ccc -_-'

I too like to jump to conclusions dangerously :p

I'm betting the fixes AMD implemented just don't affect non-GCN hardware. Why waste time with a driver release for cards it'll have no effect on and possibly break stuff?

As some people state on that thread, ACU doesn't seem to see any performance changes. So if you want that driver purely for that reason, you should expect to be disappointed. Nobody reported how AW performed yet.

Is there any news about the computer screen not waking? Im using 14.7 and it is happening everytime that the screen goes off and im forced to not use that windows feature.

Is there any word on a fix and why it is happening?

    Thanks.

New driver coming shortly for Far Cry 4, so could be up tomorrow, when the games officially released.

I don't care about FC4 that much, but what about drivers for Dragon Age 3, especially if DA3 is Mantle supporting title...

I don't think we need a source to make that assumption.

2 AAA games will be released tomorrow (along with a new BF4 patch), so I guess it's pretty safe to expect a new driver from AMD tomorrow.

So, how about all that talk about AMD dropping 5xxx and 6xxx hardware eh? :p

    14.11.2 supports such hardware.
