Perhaps it's better to wait for another driver's release for that fix.

indeed. it looks like a driver fix/update could fix the ram issue. After playing for some time in bf4 performance is great at first but then it starts to stutter because of the ram usage bieng full (hd7950 3gb). the good news is that after todays bf4 update i get performance gains ;)

tried the obvious thing... reinstall? (or remove/rename all your settings from localdata C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\Battlefield 4). It looks like you have some key which is doublebinding or something and causes camera to move.

Make sure you have no joystick or gamepad connected too (which could be triggering some view-movement).

And dont press right button in the mouse in case you are doing so.

    1. I Sync my saves from Internet by Origin
    2. I have default settings. Only change Graphics+FOV, nothing else. So bindings are not the case (I suppose)
    3. Game was reinstall, and repair by orgin

Maybe you're right, that my Xbox 360 controller is doing this. Gamepad isn't plug in to PC, but I will try unistall drivers, and see.
But it doens't say why it's now, and not before? BF3 is working fine, and BF4 2 weeks ago works fine too.

You are not the only one. WHQL and 9.2 drivers dont have it.

Supposedly it is a problem with newer drivers and vsync.

February 13th patch test - no more stuttering for me

These are my results after today's game session, with the new patch installed.

    Battlefield 4 - Maps Paracel Storm/Rogue Trasmission

    Paracel Storm

    Average FPS: 90,2
    Minimum FPS: 24,3
    Maximum FPS: 177,9

    Configuration

As you can see the stuttering issue has completely disappeared, except for a lone case during the Rogue Trasmission match, when my client crashed. Anyway, except for this little issue, all has worked fine for the remaining time. I need also to specify that I've got 4 GB VRAM for each card, so I have 8 GB VRAM in total, so it's also possible that I suffer less of a memory leak issue than many others.

Using a single 7970, no noticeable CPU spikes or FPS drops since today's BF4 patch using this driver and Mantle selected in-game. Played Conquest Large on a filled 64 player server for several rounds (Roque, Shanghai, Zavod, ...) and it was smooth each round, unlike pre-patch where frequent stutter and CPU spikes were unbearable.
