That tells me these drivers are of no use to most other people and that it's a special driver that came with the 7790 from a specific branch not connected to the 7800/7900-series 13.2 betas.

OMG a driver that works! Been starting to think these didn't exist. Ever since 12.9 (I think?) I've been having either **** FPS or crashing (13.2's I'm looking at you here...).

    Thanks mate :)

    Balls, crashed Black Ops 2...

Starting to think my card is just fubar...

Thanks, they works fine but no performance gain towards 13.2 b7 in games I try (Crysis 3, Tomb Raider, Far cry 3)

crashing left and right for me... this with the audio (disable/enable) is getting ridiculous... going back to 13.1 or 12.11 here for now until they fix the page fault/memory manangement bugs... it used to at least come back after a driver crash, now you get a nice black screen (>13.1) thanks for the upload anyway..

What's the point of this if it is older than the 13.2 7b?

    It's a really misleading title.

Irrelevant. The fact is it's older and even if it has higher version number, it can't have anything more than last beta, because they can't add something that wasn't even there at that time.

Back on 12.6 now. No crashing and performance is through the roof for Black Ops and it's sequel despite it not being the driver for the Black Ops 2 release...

I don't get what's older? (besides OGL anyway). The fact that D3D is newer could mean that there are some newer fixes.

Version numbers don't always tell the whole story either. Two drivers can have the same D3D or OGL version numbers, but have different fixes.

But you can't fool the date. You can't have more fixes in stable driver that is older than the last beta. That's impossible. Physical laws are still valid on this planet.

You could if they didn't put the fixes from the Stable into the next Beta

Yes, but that makes stable driver obsolete, which lead us back to the poodle of this issue: this drivers are obsolete compared to latest beta.
End of story and good night.

Hello Dear asder00. I come from China.I bought a Lenovo laptop models Lenovo IdeaPad Z485A-AEI. Laptop configuration: AMD-4500M, 4G DDR3 1600 memory, AMD 7640G+7450M graphics card, 500G hard drive.I was playing the valve Dota2 game.I now use the display card version AMD_Catalyst_12.101.2.I use your graphics card game optimization file: CCAPs 2.4.My question now is: the driver has been properly installed, the default mode or to use AMD predefined configuration file can not be enabled dual-graphics Crossfire.Add Dota2 games into the application settings using the AFR mode can enable dual-graphics Crossfire after entering the game, but the game screen keeps flashing not function properly. This problem has troubled me for a long long time, I beg you to help me to solve this problem, thanks again! If you can help me solve, and I hope you will contact me, my email: li20030207@qq.com

AMD and nVidia both work on multiple driver branches at the same time. And as pointed out D3D is newer in this branch.
