Firefox interface corruption fixed? (with hardware acceleration on)
Did someone count how many beta drivers we get before we get official driver? 12? lol
HDMI sound drivers still have issues with 7 series cards, i always get Exclamation marks after a reboot from HDMI drivers win 7 x64 and its the same as with beta 7...
Is it? You can let us know by testing yourself
Does it really mather? To me a driver is a driver.
I can confirm this but for me the fps went down even more, going from 40/50 to in the 30's.
Patch 1 installed ?
Try turning off any o/c programs, only o/c through the ccc. Disable core parking, make sure your cpu can run prime95 without hanging.
To anyone using crossfire, do you think its worth the investment? I really need some more gpu power but im a bit hesitant to add another card and end up dealing with microstutter ect. On the other hand i like to fix things and tweak stuff so i guess it wouldnt be a problem for me? Has cf improved alot through the years?
Sorry for going off topic but i see alot of cf users in this thread Nice to see amd releasing beta's occasionally.
Still waiting for those proper drivers that we were supposedly getting over a month ago
I do not even uninstall it, Because it takes everything away.
I simply Run new install manager. It scans installed versions it can find that I have something which is not in new package or is same version and is not needed to update.
With this I had issue only once. When I used custom modified drivers (not beta, but user mod) and thanks to that I had other versions of dlls than reported.
So next install simply could not decide what has to be updated and what not. Ended in installation of bad combination and system restore
Unless you need to downgrade there is no need to clean it.
I do the same since it's faster and so far has always worked, every time I check all the files that should be updated are updated and the registry info and profiles I don't really care much about.
There are benefits from doing a clean setup as well I believe (And AMD and Nvidia both seem to recommend it for troubleshooting purposes.) but I usually just install over.
Unsure what changed from 13.2b6 aside from Crysis 3 but I install it anyway.
(Tomb Raider already seems to have a profile - http://www.kn00tcn.net/site/ati-catalyst-profiles/ - as does Bioshock Infinite, nothing for Resident Evil 6 though as far as I could tell.)
Great! Beta 7 also improves single-card performance. A nice bump in MP and SP
Thank you Mate, Also 13.2 Beta 4 has no issues with HDMI sound on the 7000 series if you need to have it as i do.
Hope that helps somehow.
Oh !!! new performance progress for my older 5970.
+5/+7 fps... not bad.
waiting 30x beta version for 150 fps ?
Thanks to this betas I was able to run the boring Crysis 3 game... BSOD with beta 6.
just got a question.. i just intalled 13.2 beta 7 over 13.2 beta 6.. i was looking at the post and saw some profile thing like the CAP profile or something do i need to install that cap thing for profile even though i installed 13.2 beta 7 driver? or its inscluded automatically?
so i dont need to install the cap profiles manually? just the 13.2 beta 7 is fine alone? thanks
Yup, Beta 7 is fine alone
